Description
HieFo’s High Power CW DFB Laser Chip is specifically designed for uncooled continuous wave (CW) transmission. It provides output power of 70mW at 75°C for CWDM4 wavelengths ranging from 1271nm to 1331nm. These lasers are intended for IM-DD (Intensity Modulation-Direct Detection) silicon photonics-based transceiver applications. Notably, they exhibit high optical power based on HieFo’s highly efficient and low noise laser design.
