Description
HieFo’s HMP45 is a top illuminated monitor photodiode chip designed as monitoring optical output power of edge emitting semiconductor lasers and ITLA application. This product has large 450um aperture, high responsivity and low operating bias voltage in the wavelength range from 980nm to 1624nm. The product is available as tested die.
